Aged Essence Reserve

L'Essenza is an agro-food condiment, handcrafted by Acetaia Oddolini and aged in oak barrels since 2013. This product is totally genuine, free of caramel, dyes and preservatives. It is GMO-free and gluten-free. Recommended combinations are with fresh or aged cheeses, with risotto, cold pasta, tortellini and tortelloni, cream soup, white and red meat, raw, baked or grilled fish, raw or grilled vegetables, on fruit, cakes and ice cream. The appearance is dense and brilliant, the color dark and intense brown. The taste is full-bodied, bittersweet and balanced; the scent is delicate, fruity and balsamic with woody notes.
