April 12 and 13, a unique opportunity to discover up close the processing of Parmigiano Reggiano, the excellence of our territory, and savor its authentic taste.

Take part in a unique immersion experience at the Mogliese Latteria, between milk, cheese and territory, we will let you discover the tradition and beauty that surrounds us.

Guided tours of the dairy and warehouse from 9.00 to 12.00
During the morning, you can watch the Parmigiano Reggiano production process directly in our dairy at the Mogliese Latteria.

Guided tastings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At the end of the visit, a guided tasting will allow you to savor Parmigiano Reggiano in different ages, highlighting its aromas, textures and peculiarities. A sensory experience to truly understand the value of this product and savor all the characteristics that distinguish seasoning.

Sport for everyone (UISP) from 9.00 to 13.00: activities for the whole family to move and have fun under the expert guidance of educators

Possibility to visit the stable from 15:00 to 18:00
In the afternoon, the journey continues, to discover the work and the raw materials behind the production of Latteria Mogliese. During the visit, educational workshops for children will take place

Between history and territory, a journey to discover documents and historical testimonies of our territory.
In this edition of Caseifici Aperti, Latteria Mogliese wanted to combine the tradition of Parmigiano Reggiano with the traditions of the territory, continuing the journey with lunch based on Parmigiano cheese and two afternoon experiences to discover history and nature.

For those who want to continue their days in the name of gastronomic tradition, it will be possible to have lunch at the Corte della Marchesa restaurant, overlooking the Po embankment. The menu, inspired by local cuisine, will enhance the unmistakable flavor of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Here are the details of the special menu for the Daifici Aperti weekend:

Appetizer to choose from:
  • Parmesan souffle on fondue
  • Fried Paccheri stuffed with Parmesan cheese on mortadella cream

  • First choice between:
    • Bigoli al torchio with Parmesan cream and pepper
  • Risotto with parmesan, apples and honey

  • Drinks
    • Water, soft drinks, coffee

    Price per person 30€
    Customers do not have to choose the dishes when booking, they can choose them directly at the restaurant.
    In the afternoon from 15:00 to 18:00, you can deepen the link between Parmigiano Reggiano, the territory and history by choosing between two activities:
    • Visit to a Consortium farm, to discover the work and raw materials behind the production of the Mogliese Dairy.
    • Visit to the Museum of the Second World War, a journey through documents and historical testimonies of the territory
