Perfect for classic penne all'Arrabbiata, it also goes tastefully with other pasta shapes, fish dishes or meat escalopes. Recipe inspired by the Lazio tradition, born in the early 1900s as a variant of amatriciana, without pillow but with garlic and chilli pepper.
