Also this year, Latteria Mogliese is thrilled to participate in Caseifici Aperti 2024, an event that offers a unique opportunity to immerse itself in the tradition and quality of Parmigiano Reggiano. During the two dedicated mornings, on Saturday 05 and Sunday 06 October, we will open the doors of our cheese factory to welcome visitors and guide them on a fascinating tour to discover the secrets of the production of our Parmigiano Reggiano.

The tours, organized in groups from 08:30 to 11:30 approximately, will allow you to follow all the phases of the production process: from the processing of fresh milk to curdling, up to the delicate phase of salting and seasoning. This journey into the heart of our production will show you the attention and passion that we put into every step to guarantee the highest quality Parmigiano Reggiano.

After the guided tour, you can enjoy a unique sensory experience: we will accompany you on a tasting journey of the different ages of our Parmigiano Reggiano, a real journey into taste, where every taste tells of the patience and care we dedicate to our dairy art. To make this moment even more special, the combination with our mustards, which with their intense and refined flavors will enhance every nuance of Parmesan cheese.

The highlight of the event will be at about 11:45 when you will witness the exciting opening of a form of Parmigiano Reggiano. This gesture, symbol of craftsmanship and tradition, will allow you to fully appreciate the quality of our product, with its unmistakable aroma and extraordinary texture.
